We invite researchers, scholars, and professionals to submit their abstracts for presentation at our upcoming 2025 Research and Innovation Week. Below are the guidelines for submission and the approval process for paper presenters.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Step 1 : Prepare Your Abstract
Your abstract must adhere to the following format:

Paper Title (Capital & Bold, 12pt Times New Roman)
(The title should clearly inform the reader of the contents within.)

1. First Author 1 & Second Author 2 (Bold, 10pt Times New Roman
2. (School/Faculty, University Name, Country Name) (10pt Times New Roman
3. (School/Faculty, University Name, Country Name) (10pt Times New Roman)
4. The email of the corresponding author must be provided.
5. Authors’ names must be written in full.

Abstract (Bold, 10pt Times New Roman)
The abstract should briefly describe the study’s participants, methods, results, and conclusions in a coherent manner. The abstract should be a single paragraph of approximately 250 words. (Italicized, 10pt Times New Roman)

• Ensure it follows the provided format strictly.
2. Review Process
• We will review your submission and you will receive feedback on whether your abstract is accepted or declined.
3. Approval & Payment
• If accepted, you will receive a payment link to complete your registration.
• If declined, you will not proceed to the payment stage.

Important : Do not make any payment until your abstract has been reviewed and you have received confirmation to proceed.
